1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using PodcastSummaries ("the Service", operated by All Star Basketball Limited), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. What the Service is
PodcastSummaries publishes written summaries and actionable takeaways from health, fitness, and longevity podcasts. Summaries are original editorial content, not transcripts, and are for general informational purposes only. See our health disclaimer in the site footer — nothing here is medical advice.
3. Accounts
You're responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for any activity under your account. Authentication is handled by our processor, Clerk — see our Privacy Policy for details on what's collected.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Premium access is offered on a subscription basis, billed monthly or annually as selected at signup, after an initial 7-day free trial. Unless canceled before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing period. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. You can cancel anytime from your account page — see our Refund Policy for what happens to charges already made.
5. Content and intellectual property
All summaries, actionable items, and site content are owned by All Star Basketball Limited or licensed to us, and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish, redistribute, or scrape Service content without written permission.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Summaries reflect our editorial interpretation of third-party podcast content and may contain errors or omissions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, All Star Basketball Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
